A portion of the cuvée ferments in contact with wood and is aged for 3 months to develop sweetness, density, and structure.

The nose evokes notes of ripe white-fleshed fruit, with nuances of crème brûlée and roasted hazelnuts.

The rich palate reveals notes of Williams pears and apricot juice.
