Loison Cakes | Loaf of Panettone late Mandarin from Ciaculli 500g
The Filone Mandarino is artisan fruit bread, which leavens naturally thanks to our sourdough. Dario Loison wanted to revive this ancient recipe of his father, Alessandro, enriching it with a selection of top quality ingredients.
The soft and well-alveolated dough is embellished with sultanas and candied peel of late Ciaculli mandarin, a delicious Slow Food presidium. The top is then covered with a crumbly PGI Piedmont hazelnut based glaze, which conveys an unforgettable texture and flavour to the loaf.
Naturally leavened cake in loaf shape covered with Italian hazelnuts icing. The yellow paste is enriched with Ciaculli late mandarin* and Sultana raisin.
The product is heat-sealed with barrier coupled film. Then, it’s put inside in a cardboard box. The print concept is to give an artisan aspect to product, in a sophisticated
romantic elegance fit.
