Panettone with Fig from Calabria. The yellow dough, made with fresh butter, milk and cream and natural Bourbon vanilla from madagascar (Slow Food presidium), is enriched with soft chunks of fig from Calabria and sultanas. The selected ingredients and the 72 hours of patient craftsmanship, starting from sourdough, make Panettone Fico an original and refined Made in Italy excellence.

Naturally leavened product, with the typical shape of panettone, and the surface is cutted with a typical cross cut. The yellow dough is eniriched with Sultan raisin, dried figs from Calabria with Natural Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar.

The product is packaged in a branded polypropylene bag and closed by an aluminium band. It is then covered by a flat cardboard structure and wrapped in decorated paper hand-use featuring flowers and fruits that characterize the taste of the panettone itself. The flat customised double satin ribbon, in tone with paper and the tag with ingredients makes the packaging even more exclusive and sophisticated.
