Artisanal Lemon Panettone with Lemons from Sicily and the Amalfi Coast. The soft and yellow dough is richly filled with lemon cream, sultanas and minced and candied lemon peel, which give an intense and persistent citrus aroma.

The basic ingredients are all fresh: eggs from free-range hens, milk and butter and cream. The 72 hours of patient craftsmanship and natural leavening starting from sourdough, give the Panettone Limoni great softness and digestibility.

Naturally leavened product, with the typical shape of panettone, and the surface is cutted with a typical cross cut. The yellow dough is eniriched with Sultana raisin, candied lemon peels, lemon cream and with Natural Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar.
