The Panettone Mandorlato is covered and decorated on the surface with a fragrant Italian almond glaze and granulated sugar. The yellow and soft sponge is enriched with sultanas and aromatic candied peel of Sicilian Oranges and Diamante citron from Calabria.

The panettone with almonds is produced in compliance with the Italian confectionery tradition, with sourdough and a 72-hour artisanal process. Naturally leavened product, with the typical shape of panettone, and the surface is cutted with a typical cross cut. The yellow dough is enriched with Sultana raisin, citron from Calabria and orange peel from Sicily, covered with italian almonds icing and sugar grain.

The product is packaged in a branded polypropylene bag and closed by an aluminum band. It is the then wrapped in a paper whose print proposes some images that create, to the eye of the beholder, a Christmas atmosphere, that atmosphere that fills the soul with joy and serenity.
