It is a perfect accompaniment for your apéritifs.
Ingredients: Grape infusion (water, grape extract), grape juice (19%), natural flavourings, acidifiers: citric acid, malic acid, flavouring, concentrate (apple, safflower), carbon dioxide.
This blend’s delicate bubbles ripple through its pale yellow, straw-coloured hues.
Its nose is floral, boasting fine notes of fresh fruit, fresh apple, as well as subtle hints of yeast, mushroom, truffle, undergrowth, toast and fresh butter.
Its charming palate is full of freshness, balance and lively, fruity flavours.
The bubbles gracefully fit into the equation by prolonging the blend's persistence.
As an apéritif, with baked scallops and sesame seeds, John Dory fillets in beurre blanc sauce or a Paris-Brest dessert.
Serve between 7°C and 9°C.
