The grapes for this dry rosé are pressed within 48 hours of harvesting,
then the must is separated from the skins.
The second fermentation at a controlled temperature takes place at 18-19°C
in stainless steel tanks.
The aromatic and fruity notes are generated through the formation of carbon
dioxide.
The aging process, which lasts at least 60 days, takes place with the use
of selected yeasts.
The result is a fresh and fruity prosecco, which is excellent as an
aperitif or to accompany a meal.
