At the same time dry, floral and delicious, its invigorating freshness goes wonderfully with vinegared rice and fish.

Its contained liveliness and finesse of aromas match perfectly the subtlety of raw fish assortments including white or fatty fish.

Grapes : Grenache (70%) / Syrah (30%)

APPEARANCE : Nice pink color, tiled reflections.

NOSE : Fruity, with lovely scents of grenadine, and red berries candy.

PALATE : A fresh attack, the mouth is round with surprising notes of wild strawberries. A contained liveliness, a nice minerality and a good length in the mouth.
