Scarpato Dolce Rubino Panettone Black Cherry Amarena Liqueur & Dark Chocolate Chips 800g

Black cherry and chocolate soaked in cherry liqueur. A cherry liqueur bath made by hand in our workshops and a shower of dark chocolate chips and chopped black cherries garnish each slice: the softest, most fragrant dough could not ask for better.

Our Panettone is born from three doughs and a slow leavening process. Every stage respects the timing of the sourdough starter to achieve a soft, fragrant, and naturally light crumb.

We follow every leavened product from dough preparation through to packaging. The result is never industrially identical: it is recognisably Scarpato.

Serve it at room temperature, without heating it: the cream stays soft and velvety and the dough releases all its aromas.

Pair it with a sweet wine or a passito. With coffee, chocolate, and tiramisu flavours, an espresso is also an excellent match.
