Made with natural sourdough starter using the traditional Milanese Panettone method, this product has a distinctive airy crumb and a rich golden-yellow interior. Its flavour is sweet and authentic, defined by generous candied fruit and juicy sultana raisins.

This classic Milanese panettone has a beautifully soft, light and fluffy texture with a delicate buttery richness. Prepared with carefully selected ingredients, including wheat flour, butter, fresh egg yolks and honey, it is generously studded with sweet raisins (14.9%) and fragrant candied orange peel (8.9%).
