ORDERS AND DELIVERIES

All the orders received within 11AM Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the next day, all the orders received Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the next Monday.  

• Minimum Order Amount
  The minimum Order Amount is £300 + VAT or minimum 10 cases with FREE delivery.
  
• Orders Under £300
  For order with amount below £300+VAT two options:

               1) buy from the website and add at the check out the cost of the delivery:

                    1 case       £16.00 + VAT

                    2 cases     £32.00 + VAT

                    3 cases     £47.00 + VAT

                    4/6 cases £52.00 + VAT

                    7/9 cases £60.00 + VAT

                    10 cases FREE delivery.

• VAT
  On the price shown, please add VAT.

• Samples
  We don't send free samples. If you want to taste our products, you have to buy 1 unit per product you want to taste. We will invoice you with a 20% discount on the standard price shown in the catalog + delivery. If, after tasting our products you will place an order, we will deduct the amount you have paid.

• Payments
  The prepaid accounts can pay with Credit Card, PayPal, Direct Debit or Bank Transfer at the order confirmation.

               The Credit accounts can pay 30 days from the date of the invoice.

• Deliveries

               We ship by Express Couriers next day delivery by boxes or pallets.

• Return and refund
  A Return and Refund is accepted if:
• Terms of return within 7 days from the delivery 
• State of return new as dispatched in the original packaging
• Reason for return damaged or wrong product
• Process for return start with an email sent to us with object " Request of authorization for a return" with attached the photos of the products
• Process of refund will start asap we receive back the products object of your request.
